What birds live near us, and which can be seen only in the mountains? What species are rare and listed in the Red Book of Ukraine? What do our feathered friends do and how do they live in the Carpathians during the year? All these questions will be answered at the exhibition “Winged Heralds of Freedom”, the opening of which will take place on Friday, September 23, 2022 (at 4:00 p.m.) in the oratorium of the TheoBand Catholic Lyceum on the territory of the Residence of the Bishops of the Mukachevo Greek-Catholic Eparchy (square A. Bachinsky, 1A).
The exhibition was prepared on the initiative of the Ecological Commission of the Mukachevo Greek-Catholic Eparchy (MGCE) in Cooperation with the German Nature Conservation Union (NABU) and consists of 10 stands and informs about the amazing bird world of the Carpathians.
